Hi, I'm Paula. I built The UX Team because good teams shouldn't be out of reach.

I've spent 15+ years scaling UX organisations at some of the world's most demanding fintech companies — N26, Paysafe, M-Kopa — managing 300+ designers and 50+ UX directors across Europe, Africa, MENA and Southeast Asia.

I started The UX Team because I kept seeing the same problem: great companies, underpowered product teams. The fractional model solves it. Senior talent, embedded fast, without the full-time overhead.
