We’ll analise strategies for healthy leads generator. We’ll explore the importance of the personal brand and how to build it to enhance it.

This session also focuses on pricing strategies for fractional managers and types of contracts.

We also emphasise the importance of personal growth, discussing life design strategies for managing personal time and achieving work-life balance, alongside continuous learning and self-improvement, all crucial for sustaining success as a fractional manager.
